因為仰躺時,子宮會壓逼到下腔靜脈(inf. vena cava),影響下肢靜脈的回流,容易造成低血壓,心跳加速,導致血液循環不良,影響寶寶健康。
根據美國婦產科醫學會(ACOG),健康狀況良好的孕婦應多進行帶氧和肌力體能訓練(像瑜珈、Pilates、固定式單車,水中運動,或使用彈力帶、沙包、啞鈴等工具輔助進行阻力訓練)。孕婦運動好處有:保持健康的體重、減輕背部疼痛、緩解便秘、增加睡眠品質、降低妊娠糖尿病、剖腹產等風險。
不妨多做些站立瑜伽體式啦。
