Details for exchanging goods at (Hong Kong) store:
- Clearance items in the clearance zone cannot be exchanged.
- Each order can only be exchanged once (no limit on the number of items).
- If exchanging for a different style, price differences (if any) will not be refunded.
- Bring the receipt and visit the store in person (electronic version is also acceptable).
- Exchange requests must be confirmed within 7 days after receiving the goods.
